Reuters, DUBAI, July 4 – After the United Arab Emirates requested a review of the level from which OPEC+ cuts are calculated, Saudi Arabia’s energy minister warned on Sunday that no country can use a single month as a baseline production reference, according to Al Arabiya TV. According to the Saudi-owned news channel, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman expressed neither optimism nor pessimism about the OPEC+ discussions, which are set to continue on Monday.
