THE planned air travel bubble (ATB) between Singapore and Hong Kong that was due to start on May 26 may be delayed further, as it is likely that Singapore would not be able to meet the criteria for the bubble to proceed, said Transport Minister Ong Ye Kung at a press conference by the multi-ministry taskforce on Covid-19 on Friday.
