Losses that arose from exposure to U.S.-based investment firm Archegos have demonstrated the need for ‘too big to fail’ capital requirements to ensure adequate resilience at Credit Suisse (CSGN.S) and UBS (UBSG.S), the Swiss National Bank said on Thursday.
