Fubon Life Insurance, the insurance unit of Taiwanese financial conglomerate Fubon Financial Holdings, has committed to invest EUR65 million (about $70 million) in CVC Capital Partners‘s ninth buyout fund.
In a disclosure to the Taiwan Stock Exchange, Fubon Financial said its insurance unit will take around 0.3% stake in CVC Capital Partners IX, the latest buyout fund of European private equity giant CVC Capital Partners.
