Tsingyuan Ventures looks to raise $100m for Fund II, targeting early-stage US, China startups

Tsingyuan Ventures, a California-based, technology-focused venture fund, is in the market raising $100 million for a new fund, Tsingyuan Ventures II LP, to invest in early-stage, cross-disciplinary ventures with a focus on the US and China.
