WASHINGTON: United States Trade Representative Katherine Tai discussed trade and investment issues with Taiwan minister John Deng on Thursday and agreed to convene a meeting of the Trade And Investment Framework Agreement Council “in coming weeks,” Tai’s office said in a statement.
