Vietnam-focused private equity (PE) firm PENM Partners is understood to be tapping family offices to raise capital for its fifth investment vehicle, amid a climate where pension funds are drawing down their allocations to alternatives.
The firm has previously secured commitments predominantly from European and US pension funds for its past vehicles.
