Vivid Seats sets SPAC deal with Dodgers co-owner’s SPAC (NYSE:HZAC)

Los Angeles Dodgers co-owner Todd Boehly’s Horizon Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:HZAC) will acquire online ticket-seller Vivid Seats in a SPAC deal that will value the firm at about $2 billion.
