Private equity major Warburg Pincus is considering paring its stake in Indonesia’s NWP Property (formerly known as NWP Retail), a real estate platform it set up as a joint venture with listed property firm PT City Retail Developments Tbk in 2015, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.
