Enforcement agencies can conduct inspections on the level of compliance with the Movement Control Order (MCO) standard operating procedure (SOP) without a warrant, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin. He said this matter has been stipulated under the Emergency (Essential Powers) Ordinance 2021 which was gazetted on Jan 14.
