(ZY)(NPCE) and (KNBE) are kicking off life as public companies on Thursday. Zymergen raised $500 million after boosting its initial public offering by 19% and selling 16.13 million shares at $31 each. This is up from the 13.6 million shares Zymergen had filed to sell at $28 to $31.
