KUALA LUMPUR (May 11): Bina Darulaman Bhd has secured a RM431 million contract to upgrade the Pelubang water treatment plant in Kedah.
The company said in a bourse filing that the contract was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary, BDB Synergy Sdn Bhd, by the Kedah state government.
The three-year contract commences on May 20 and is expected to contribute positively to Bina Darulaman, the company said.
Bina Darulaman’s share price closed one sen or 2.13% lower at 46 sen today, valuing the group at RM139.77 million.
