DNeX most active, up 6% on RM273m SilTerra deal with Khazanah

KUALA LUMPUR (April 1): Dagang NeXchange Bhd’s (DNeX) share price rose over 6% in morning trade today after the company said yesterday that the DNeX-led consortium had signed a conditional share sale and purchase agreement with Khazanah Nasional Bhd for the acquisition by the consortium of the entire stake in SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM273 million.

At 9.07am today, DNeX’s share price had risen 5.5 sen or 6.04% to 96.5 sen with some 60 million shares traded, becoming the most active stock on Bursa Malaysia.
