KUALA LUMPUR (April 23): New Covid-19 infections today continued to remain above 2,800 for the second straight day with 2,847 cases, raising the country’s total cases to 387,535, the Health Ministry said.
Selangor emerged as the state with the highest number of daily infections with 748 cases, rising from 633 yesterday. Sarawak came in second with 717 cases.
Kuala Lumpur, however, recorded 302 cases today, a slight decrease from yesterday’s 332.
