KUALA LUMPUR (April 8): Samaiden Group Bhd’s share price rose over 6% in morning trade today after the solar-power specialist announced yesterday a proposed bonus issue of 105 million warrants on the basis of one warrant for every two existing shares held.
Samiden also proposed the establishment of a share issuance scheme of up to 10% of the total number of Samaiden shares in issue for eligible directors and employees of the company and its subsidiaries.
At the time of writing today, Samaiden’s share price was 11 sen or 6.39% higher at RM1.83 among Bursa Malaysia’s top gainers.
