Transocean rises past RM1 on planned software engineering company buy

KUALA LUMPUR (April 15): Transocean Holdings Bhd’s share price rose over 15% to top RM1 in Bursa Malaysia morning trade today after the logistics firm said yesterday it offered to buy a 40% stake in software engineering company Enfrasys Consulting Sdn Bhd (ECSB) for RM20 million in an all-share deal.

At the time of writing today, Transocean’s share price rose 14 sen or 15.91% to RM1.02.
